Damoh, Collector Sudhir Kumar Kochar reviewed the pending CM Helpline complaints of Panchayat Rural Development, Urban Development, Social Justice, Labor and Women Child Development departments in the Collectorate meeting room. During the review, pending complaints till December 2024 were discussed subject wise and the concerned officers were directed to resolve the complaints. All the concerned officers were instructed to resolve them as per the prescribed dates. Newly appointed Chief Executive Officer District Panchayat Praveen Fulpagar was specially present during the review meeting.

The Collector said that the complaints which have been resolved should be closed with satisfaction by informing the complainant and the complaints which are resolvable by the state government should be informed to the government through a letter. Also, the complainant should be given written information with reasons regarding the complaints which cannot be resolved.
The newly arrived CEO of the District Panchayat, Phulpagar, directed the officers to resolve the complaints seriously.
