Divisional Commissioner Saharanpur Dr. Hrishikesh Bhaskar Yashod expressed strong displeasure over the working style of Joint Director Agriculture Dr. Virendra Kumar being found to be very negligent in view of not providing information under the complaint received regarding shortage of fertilizers in the division and gave instructions to stop his salary. He directed that his salary should be drawn only after obtaining the approval of Principal Secretary, Uttar Pradesh Government, Agriculture Department, Lucknow. Divisional Commissioner Dr. Hrishikesh Bhaskar Yashod said that he does not take any interest in government work and discharge of his ex officio responsibilities. He does not even come to review meetings when called for government work. The system is affected by this. Despite being directed to provide information regarding availability of fertilizers in the districts of the division and availability and demand of last year, they have not brought the information even for a week. They do not have any information. The government has been informed about their lax working style.
