Shajapur, electricity company employees, troubled by working thousands of kilometers away from their home district, submitted a memorandum to the minister of MP government. Electricity company employees submitted a memorandum to Higher Education, Technical Education and AYUSH Department Minister Inder Singh Parmar, who reached Shajapur on Sunday. The memorandum said that about 1500 employees are posted in third and fourth class in all three electricity distribution companies of Madhya Pradesh, who are serving about 800 to 1000 km away from their home district. In the memorandum, employee Manish Shastri said that he has been posted in Shajapur for 5 years and after losing his father before Corona, now his mother's health is also very bad, due to which she is unable to get treatment. This is not a problem but it is like this with all the employees, due to which the employees are being mentally harassed. He informed that in January an email was forwarded to the department by the office of Chief Secretary, MP Government, by which all the third and fourth class regular and contractual employees of the power company under the MP Energy Department were requested to be transferred on their application by making a one time channel in the home district company and making a new transfer policy, but no policy has been made on this by the department. In the memorandum it was demanded that a new policy should be made for the power company employees and they should be posted in their home area.
