Anuppur, this is a big issue, big people are involved, this is a matter of the future of disabled children and the government's expenditure on them, this is a matter of corruption of District Education Project Officer DPC Mahendra Yadav and MRC and in-charge APC ID Vinay Mishra. The Divyang hostel located in ward number 09 in the district headquarters of Anuppur was being run by the District Education Center as per the guidelines of the State Education Center, according to which the honorable former collector Ashish Vashisht ji had issued an order to Anuppur teacher Nandini Patel and handed over the charge of the hostel's warden. Nandini Patel was running the hostel successfully, but the in-charge APC ID Vinay Mishra was demanding money from Nandini Patel several times to get the budget, in which Vinay Mishra kept demanding money from Nandini Patel in the name of Bhopal officials, a written complaint of which was given to the Collector by Warden Nandini Patel, but DPC Mahendra Yadav and other members of the department coaxed Nandini to not take the matter further,

and Nandini started running the hostel again

But DPC Mahendra Yadav and APC ID Vinay Mishra, taking advantage of the NGO in a cunning manner or say taking bribe from the NGO, ordered the NGO to run the hostel in the middle of the session itself, Whereas the guidelines of the State Education Center clearly state that the hostel should be run by the District Education Center only.

There are many important questions in this case like why no action was taken against Vinay Mishra even after a written complaint with evidence to the Honorable Collector,

like why the guidelines of the State Education Center were disregarded,

like why Vinay Mishra did not sign the bill voucher even after half the session had passed,

What will happen to the expenses borne by the warden himself for running the hostel till now,

Do the high officials sitting in Bhopal really demand money for budget allocation,

And will not giving bribe cost the warden as much as the amount spent by him from his salary in running the hostel,
