Dhar, Ministry of Women and Child Development, Madhya Pradesh. Under the nutrition month in Dhar, various programs of healthy child competition were organized by the government at Anganwadi centres. Under the direction of supervisor Mrs. Genda Baghel, this competition was celebrated as a festival at Auganwadi center number 32. Senior BJP leader and journalist Mr. Gyanendra Tripathi participated in the organization of healthy boys and girls competition for the age group of 0 to 6 years. In which Shri Tripathi gave first, second and third prizes in the form of toys at the Auganwadi center to the children found healthy in the competition as per their ranking. On this occasion, Shri Tripathi said that through the Healthy Child Competition program, the message has to be given to the public that along with a balanced and nutritious diet, cleanliness and growth monitoring of the child is also very important for the proper physical and mental development of the child. Due to low immunity of a physically weak child, he will fall ill frequently and will lag behind his fellow children. Through this competition, we are also trying to motivate the parents of such children whose children are relatively weak to take special care of them. During this time, Anganwadi worker Savita Thakur and assistant Rohini Vyas along with children and mother power were also present.
