Pashupati Paras ordered to vacate the bungalow
1 Wheeler Road bungalow now allotted to Chirag
Patna, Politics over bungalow in Bihar is nothing new. Once again a new controversy has come to the fore in the political corridors of Bihar regarding the bungalow. In fact, the Building Construction Department of the Government of Bihar has instructed Pashupati Kumar Paras to vacate the bungalow given as an office. According to the information, on Friday, the officials of the department reached with a notice to vacate the bungalow. Officials say that if the bungalow is not vacated in 7 days, then the bungalow will be vacated forcibly.
However, the matter is in court. At the same time, the Bihar government has allotted this bungalow for the office of Chirag Paswan's party. Let us tell you, after the death of Ram Vilas Paswan, his party split into two parts. One faction was formed by his younger brother Pashupati Kumar Paras, whose name is Rashtriya Lok Janshakti Party. On the other hand, Ram Vilas Paswan's son Chirag Paswan formed his own party named Lok Janshakti Party Ramvilas. There was a division in the party. But, the division of the party office is still pending.
Know what is the whole controversy?
Actually, the office of Lok Janshakti Party located on One Wheeler Road in Patna is years old. But, the party has already split into two parts. However, at present that party office is occupied by Pashupati Paras faction and the office of Rashtriya Lok Janshakti Party is being run in it. At the same time, after the separation of the parties, now both sides are claiming that bungalow. However, the government has allotted this bungalow to Chirag Paswan's party Lok Jan Shakti Party Ram Vilas for office.
Why did the bungalow come into discussion again?
Let us tell you, this matter is gaining momentum because on Friday, the junior engineer of the Building Construction Department pasted a notice outside the office of Rashtriya Lok Janshakti Party. This notice had instructions to vacate the bungalow immediately. It was also recorded in this notice that if the bungalow is not vacated in the next 7 days, then the bungalow will be forcibly vacated in the presence of the police team. However, the matter of the bungalow is in the court. Meanwhile, the Lok Janshakti Party claims that the Election Commission has also given it the status of a state level party, so according to the rules, the party should get a government bungalow from the government.
