Madhepura, A golden opportunity of employment has come for the youth of Madhepura district. Employment camps are being organized across the district by Guardians Security and Facilities Private Limited, Saran. Through which recruitment will be done on a total of 480 posts of security guard, security supervisor and housekeeping. This recruitment is completely free and interested candidates can participate in it without any application fee. A large number of unemployed youth have been provided job opportunities through this employment camp. With which they will not only be able to improve their standard of living, but will also be able to become financially self-reliant.

Recruitment process and required qualification
Under this recruitment process, different educational qualifications and age limits have been prescribed for different posts, so that eligible candidates can be selected correctly and they can be provided appropriate posts according to their qualifications. 300 posts have been kept for security guards, for which minimum 10th pass qualification will be required to apply, while 80 posts will be recruited for security supervisor, for which graduation degree will be mandatory. Apart from this, 8th pass candidates can apply for 100 posts of housekeeping.

Salary will be from 17 to 25 thousand rupees

Under the recruitment process, the minimum age for security guard and housekeeping has been fixed at 18 years and maximum 40 years, while the maximum age limit for the post of security supervisor has been kept at 35 years. This has ensured that young and energetic candidates are given priority, so that they can perform well in the company's work with their ability and hard work. Selected candidates will be given a monthly salary of 17 thousand to 25 thousand, which will be decided according to their educational qualification, experience and post. Along with this, the company will also provide the employees the benefits of financial and social security schemes like EPF (Employees Provident Fund), ESIC (Employees State Insurance), bonus and gratuity, so that they can remain safe and financially stable during their job.

Dates and places of employment camp
This employment camp will be organized from March 10 at Madhepura District Employment Office, from where this recruitment campaign will start. After this, employment camps will be organized in various block office premises of the district. District Employment Officer Larvin Kumar said that employment camps will be organized in Singheshwar on March 12, Gamharia (Ghailad and Gamharia) on March 19, Shankarpur on March 20, Murliganj (Murliganj and Kumarkhand) on March 21, Bihariganj on March 24, Gwalpara on March 25, Udakishunganj on March 26, Puraini on March 27, Chausa on March 28 and Alamnagar on March 29.

Registration on NCS portal is mandatory to participate in the recruitment
The timing of all the employment camps has been fixed from 10 am to 4 pm. To participate in this recruitment process, candidates will have to first register on the National Career Service Portal (www.ncs.gov.in). After completing the registration process, candidates will have to reach their nearest employment camp and fill the application form and participate in the recruitment process with the required documents. To participate in the employment camp, candidates will have to carry 10th, 12th or graduation mark sheet and certificate, Aadhar card or other valid identity card, their complete biodata, passport size photo.
