Shahdol, now in the district too, there is a murmur of falling water level, there is also news that to overcome this scarcity, people are struggling for drinking water like water and hence this business is profitable. In the district, people have taken loans and got bore wells dug even by keeping the fields fertile. What is the reason behind the falling water level? You can guess, today 350-600 feet bore wells have to be dug, which means drinking water has to be brought by digging underground, the situation is terrible.

Aquatic animals and parasites dying in agony...

Since the contract given to M/s Sahakar Global Limited in Shahdol, the said group of contract companies has been extracting sand indiscriminately from Shahdol's lifeline Son and its subsidiary rivers and streams, which keeps the ground level of water strong by absorbing water in the sand during rains etc. But illegal sand mining under the guise of legality has spoiled the water level of the area. Now in the near future, forget about drinking water, you will have to struggle to feed your animals. Experts knowledgeable in the matter tell that the external sand contract company which is mining sand indiscriminately is only and only concerned with its profits, it has nothing to do with the people of Shahdol. The throats of the people may dry up, thousands of cattle, animals, parasites, aquatic creatures may die in agony. But who dares to ask why, when and how questions from the sand contract company in this matter.

Making a mockery of the law and order.....
Let us tell you that before the last assembly, Sahakar Global Company got the contract for sand mining legally, sand mining is not against the rules under this contract. Whereas from the very beginning, this company has been doing illegal mining under the guise of legality. The responsible officers have taken cognizance of the matter and imposed a fine of crores of rupees. Despite this, without learning from this, they are trying to take the business to new heights. The contract company, which has earned crores of rupees and made profits, will leave from here as soon as the contract is completed. But in the coming times, human life in this area may have to face water crisis, and in future there will be a lot of trouble for drinking water in the entire district.

Murder of ASI and Patwari....

It is said that the syndicate of sand mafia became active after the posting of mining officer Devendra Patel in Shahdol district mineral department. Some goons from Sidhi and nearby areas have set up camp in Shahdol, whose records will hardly be found by searching in police stations etc. Recently, some sand smuggling gang got the Patwari murdered, whose investigation is still going on. The deceased's wife and children are now seeking refuge in the High Court in the matter. They have realized that the district's sand business and its syndicate Sahakar Global is running it. Now whatever happens in the area can happen to anyone. After the Patwari, the sand mafia crushed the ASI to death. After this incident, it was as if there was a stir from the state capital to the country's capital. Whereas the law says that the administration should have protested strongly on the death of a government officer. Due to no action being taken against the so-called broker, allegations of collusion between the sand contract company and the administration have been leveled in the said case.

Laws and regulations are being ridiculed.....
While the guidelines of the Mining Corporation say that in case of violation of conditions, MB is confiscated during action on the complaint and the contracting process should be adopted again. But the case of violation of the district's government guidelines by Sahakar Global, a company engaged in this business, is increasing continuously, and it seems as if the responsible people have a blindfold on their eyes, now there is also the excuse of Lok Sabha election duty, but the responsible officers who investigate inside the bags of common people at the check post built at Podi Ghat do not see the overloaded sand flowing from the middle of the river and dripping from the truck, these days on the roads under Jaisinghnagar Byawari and Devlod police station, drivers are illegally transporting heavy dumpers by filling overloaded sand in vehicles at high speed during day and night, due to which there is a constant possibility of road accidents, while the Madhya Pradesh government is suffering a huge loss of revenue.

Question on the role of J....
A surprising thing is coming to light about the continuous sand mining and overloaded sand transportation in Byahari section of Shahdol district, sand laden dumpers with overloaded sand are loaded with plates and pass right in front of the SDOP office, since this is a matter of management and also the order of the honorable, due to whose mercy neither there was any change in the Patwari case nor did any bureaucrat's heart melt after the sacrifice of ASI, everyone is busy protecting the mafia, that is why the responsible officers are avoiding taking proper action against these sand overloaded mafias. Or it should be assumed that the administrative officers and the officials of the mineral department are proving to be dwarfs in front of the high spirits of the sand mafia. Three hundred large dumpers filled with sand leave this district every day. Due to overloaded sand in these dumpers, the roads are also getting damaged. And people are also dying due to trucks loaded with sand.

Viral audio of SDOP and alleged leader....

On one hand, due to which Madhya Pradesh government is losing royalty worth lakhs of rupees every day, on the other hand, roads are also being damaged. This convoy of dumpers, trailers, 16-18 tyre trucks filled with sand started from the roads of Shahdol district and reached Govindgarh Rewa through the border of Satna district. By converting two trucks into three, sand traders and brokers and sand mafia have made property worth crores. If seen as an example, the name of alleged sand mafia of Sidhi was coming up in the sand contract company Sahakar Global, whose name has made a lot of headlines in the Patwari murder case, in which the recording of SDOP Ravi Kol and alleged leader went viral. It was being heard in the voice of both that the alliance is hell-bent on destroying the golden sand river and Son river gharial sanctuary for a few bucks.

Hopes of the sensible people from the newly arrived collector...

Let us tell you that you often see overloaded sand trucks and dumpers standing for hours at the dhabas, but no action has ever been taken by any officer against these trucks and dumpers filled with sand. According to sources, there is also news that the white government Bolero of the Mineral Department is constantly parked at a hotel named JP in Byahari and then all the overloading becomes legal. Sensible people have demanded that the collector should take action against this company's illegal sand transportation and the people who are constantly mining sand outside the lease area. Otherwise, the truth of administrative strictness will be exposed.

After all, whose and bullying...

Dumpers filled with overloaded sand pass fearlessly in front of the police station, SDM and Tehsildar office every day, but no action is taken by the administrative officers against these dumpers filled with overloaded sand. However, sometimes, for show, dumpers filled with sand are stopped in the name of checking. They are let go without any action. At the same time, the mineral officers also refrain from taking action. Which is beyond understanding. Now sand is being transported by trolleys. And according to sources in the administrative corridors, the viral audio of Byohari SDOP Ravi Kol and a ruling party leader clearly shows whose involvement is in the sand business, but despite this, instead of investigating the SDOP's misdeeds, the police station in-charge was punished and his martyrdom was celebrated by cutting nails, but no one thought about the people of the district and the family members of the Patwari and ASI who were harassed in this sand game, that if this continues, then today it will be his turn and tomorrow it will be yours.

5 to 10 lakh rupees stolen every day...

According to the information received from sources, the lease of Charakwah is in the drain, the Khasra number is 283/290, but excavation is being done 3 km ahead from the Son river, and moreover excavation is being done from Podi, but TP is being given for Charakwah, due to which Sahakar Global Company is also stealing a lot of mineral revenue, due to which Mohan Yadav government of Madhya Pradesh is being cheated of crores. According to the investigation of Raj Express, 5 to 10 lakh rupees are being stolen from the said place every day, not only this, for the smuggling of the golden sand of Son, mining is being done outside the lease, openly violating the guidelines of the Mining Corporation, for which the company's employees are diverting the flow of the river and excavation is being done in the middle of the river.

The existence of rivers will be wiped out...
Let us tell you that in the sand mining case, the government has clearly told the contract company Sahakar Global in various documents in the CTO and all the guidelines that it is illegal to extract sand outside the lease area and sell it on the designated transit pass. Despite this, the sand mining company and David's henchmen are hell-bent on destroying the existence of life-giving rivers. There are many named examples where there is no sand but the legal sand contractor is mining sand outside the allotted lease area to reap his profits. In this way, for sand mining and transportation in Shahdol district, the concerned department has given Sahakar Global Company a free hand to ruin the roads, Son river and the supporting rivers and streams of the surrounding area, due to which it is natural to raise questions on the administrative system of the district.

Reaction......
In the matter, the alleged CGM of Sahakar Global, Uttam Sharma, was talked to but he has a rote excuse of urgent meeting and I will do it later. The meaning is clear, the hands are stained with the blood of government officials, but the officials say nothing has happened.

Uttam Sharma, CGM
