Saharanpur, Sampoorna Samadhan Diwas was organized in Tehsil Behat under the chairmanship of District Magistrate Manish Bansal. DM Manish Bansal directed all the officers to ensure prompt resolution of the complaints received. He said that resolving public complaints and problems is the top priority of the government.

In the Sampoorna Samadhan Diwas, 47 complaints were received from Tehsil, 02 from Irrigation Department, 03 from Vikas Bhawan, 04 from Public Works Department, 01 from BSA, 05 from Jal Nigam, 02 from Forest Department, 01 from DPRO, 01 from Agriculture, 03 from DRDA, 03 from Electricity, 10 from Police, 02 from Consolidation, 03 from Executive Officer Chhutmalpur and 01 from District Panchayat, out of which 05 complaints were resolved on the spot. District Magistrate Manish Bansal directed the officers to show sensitivity towards complaint resolution and adopt a human approach and ensure timely and quality resolution of problems. He listened to the complaints of the people and directed the concerned officers to get them resolved quickly. He directed all the district level officers to ensure quality resolution of problems as per the time limit given for resolution of problems as per the intention of the government. He also said that along with resolution, the beneficiary should also get satisfaction. Senior Superintendent of Police Rohit Singh Sajwan said that police officers should ensure timely resolution of public problems in a quality manner. On this occasion, DFO Shubham Singh, DFO Shweta Sain, PDDRDA Pranay Krishna, Sub-District Magistrate Manvendra Singh, Tehsildar Prakash Singh and senior officers of the concerned departments were present.
